France’s second-biggest marathon after Paris and one of the most scenic in Europe — a fast course from the Promenade des Anglais in Nice to the Boulevard de la Croisette in Cannes, almost entirely by the sea. Race day Sunday 8 November 2026.
Officially the Marathon des Alpes-Maritimes Nice–Cannes, the Côte d’Azur marathon is a fast, scenic 42.195 km where roughly 90% of the course runs beside the Mediterranean. It starts on the famous Promenade des Anglais in Nice and finishes on the Boulevard de la Croisette in Cannes, next to the Palais des Festivals, threading the Riviera’s most famous resorts — Cagnes-sur-Mer and Antibes among them — in a festive, unforgettable atmosphere.
More than 15,000 participants take part across all formats, over 7,000 of them in the marathon. November on the Riviera is mild, typically 15–20°C — ideal for racing and for a long weekend on the coast. Beyond the finish line, the trip is a chance to discover Monte Carlo, Cannes, the Fragonard perfume house in Grasse and the hilltop villages of Èze and Saint-Paul-de-Vence.

Cancellation policy
The €200 deposit is non-refundable. Contact us as early as possible for name-change or cancellation options; travel-cancellation insurance is recommended.
Places are reserved for runners and are bookable only as a complete package (3 nights in Nice + guaranteed entry). Race formats: full marathon (42.195 km), 2-person relay (2 × 21.1 km) and 6-person relay. Prices include VAT; hotel star ratings are the local official classification. Travel period 6–9 November 2026, amendable with extra nights on request.
