PRAGUE HALF MARATHON 2026

28 MARCH 2026

The Generali Prague Half Marathon is one of Europe’s most prestigious and fastest half marathons, part of the SuperHalfs series alongside Lisbon, Berlin, Copenhagen, Cardiff, and Valencia. Held annually in late March, it transforms the Czech capital into a festival of endurance and culture. The 2026 edition will welcome more than 16,000 runners from around the world, making it the largest half marathon in Central and Eastern Europe. Starting and finishing at Bubenské nábřeží near Holešovice Market, the course runs along the Vltava River, crossing four bridges and passing iconic landmarks such as the Charles Bridge, Prague Castle, and the Old Town Square. With its flat, fast route, cool spring weather, and live music at 15 points along the course, Prague offers both a chance at personal bests and a cultural journey through one of Europe’s most enchanting cities. Whether you’re chasing a record, running for charity, or simply embracing the atmosphere, the Prague Half Marathon delivers an unforgettable experience—where every stride echoes with history, resilience, and celebration.
